Payment Options

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout. If you live in the United States, we also accept checks and money orders (please checkout online and select the check/money order payment option and mail your payment to the address that is displayed).

Please note payment by check and money order will result in delayed processing times as your course will not be shipped or released for download until payment clears.

The security of your financial data is guaranteed by Verisign. When you submit your credit card information to us, it's immediately encrypted by Verisign using the same technology used by large banks, like Bank of America and familiar online retail companies like Ebay, Paypal, Overstock.com and Travelocity. Your credit card number is never saved or stored by Langocity, so there is no threat of data security. All card numbers are immediately passed on to our bank. We employ the highest level of security available, provided by VeriSign, and your financial information is protected by Verisign's $100,000 warranty. Sales Tax

Langocity does not charge sales tax in the U.S. or anywhere else worldwide. Langocity is not required to charge sales tax under Oregon state law.

Coupon Policy

Coupons are limited to one order per household. Coupons must be redeemed by their expiration date and must be applied to the order prior to completing the checkout process.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the open, unprotected, and unrestrictive format that we provide our course content in we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for Langocity products in download or compact disc format. This policy is standard throughout the software and digital content industry. We are unable to exhange Langocity products, except in the case of a defective compact disc.

In the very rare occurrence that you receive a defective disc, we will immediately replace it. Please do not return defective discs without prior authorization as we will not be able to return them to you without pre-paid return shipping & handling. Returns without authorization will not be accepted or credited.

How to Download Your Langocity Product

Langocity has developed download management software that makes it easy to download your purchase, even if you know very little about computers.

Directions:

1. Log into your Langocity account. The Log In link is at the top of every page of the Langocity website. Click here to see a picture.

At the time of purchase, you were emailed a sales receipt which included your Langocity password. This was sent to the email address you gave us at the time of checkout. If you haven't received it, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX.

If you've lost your password click here and it will be resent to you at the address you gave us at checkout.

2. After logging in, you will be sent to Your Account Dashboard. Click on the "My Downloadable Products" Link. Click here to see a picture. On the next page, you'll see your order and the download link to download the Langocity Installation Program.

3. Open the file you've downloaded by double clicking it and following the instructions that appear. The download manger will be installed on your computer and will automatically download all the files included with your purchase to your computer's desktop.

Troubleshooting Download Problems

***Due to a minor coding issue that we're working on rectifying quickly, some users are experiencing the download manager getting stuck and not moving past the initial phase. This is because your computer is missing the adobe air library, which can be installed in less than a minute by clicking here. If this fix does not help, please continue following the instructions below and then submit a support request.

Most users have no problems installing the download manager. When they do, it's often because they have an old, outdated web browser and you will need to upgrade to something more modern. Not only will the upgrade speed up your web browsing experience, it will also make your internet surfing safer. Upgrading doesn't take anymore than a minute or two of your time and is free. If you don't know what a web browser is, please watch this short one minute video produced by Google.

If you decide to download a new web browser, we highly suggest Google Chrome. It's available for both Windows and Mac and can be downloaded for free at this link. It's the only browser that Langocity supports for troubleshooting download issues as it just works and we can guarantee a quick resolution to your problem. Plus, you'll thank us when your internet browsing experience is much quicker and safer than it was in the past. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all Langocity courses via United States Parcel Service, your choice of First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. Generally, the following delivery times can be expected in the Continental U.S. First Class Mail: Normally 5-7 days but up to two weeks. Priority Mail: 3-4 days. Express Mail: 1-2 days, unless your order is placed on a weekend or holiday. All orders are emailed a tracking number when shipped. Please note, all Langocity orders with backup discs also include the instant download. Please log into your account to download your product immediately.

International Shipping - We Ship Worldwide!

We are able to send courses to nearly every country in the world via United States Postage Service. As a general guideline, but please read below, estimated shipping times are as follows. First-Class International: no tracking available and delivery in 6 days to 4 weeks. Priority Mail International: 6-10 days. Express Mail International: 1 to 2 days. Priority Mail and Express Mail packages are emailed tracking numbers.

We provide the above delivery estimates based on our general experience. However, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time as each country has its own policies regarding customs inspections. If you require your Langocity product quickly, please take advantage of the instant download that is included with every product purchase which can be acquired by logging into your Langocity account.

In the vast majority of cases, we have not had issues with exporting our courses. However, Langocity offers International shipping on a "best efforts" basis. Langocity must offer International shipping as "best efforts" because we can not guarantee delivery due to the unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, lose or impose unanticipated customs or duties to international shipments at their discretion. Even perfectly documented shipments can be returned to the warehouse with no reasons indicated. Langocity will not refund or guarantee an international shipment that was lost or returned. However, in case of lost discs, we can provide you with the download links to the courses you purchased and send out a new shipment for the cost of the optional backup disc plus postage.

Please note that Langocity declares only the cost of your optional backup disc and not the entire course (thus the declared value is between $9.95 and $22.95, depending on the course you ordered). You are responsible for all import taxes that are levied by the country that you live in and should you choose not to pay them, Langocity is not responsible for your abandonment of the imported goods.

Supported MP3 & PDF Software

Most Langocity products come with MP3 audio files and PDF text files. While there are a number of options to open such files, Langocity only supports iTunes (download link) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (download link).
